FXP and MySafeBoxNo law requires a time clock as such, but daily recording and a weekly summary of hours are mandatory for employees who do not follow a collective schedule (Article D.3171-8). Since the ruling of 13 November 2025, failing to keep them is also a breach of the duty of care.
