FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Every page shows the date of the rules it describes and cites its official sources: legislation and government bodies. Amounts that change during the year are dated.

No. It sets out the general rules in each country. Your collective agreement, your sector or an employee's status may impose other rules: have specific cases checked by an adviser.

Start with the Luxembourg pages, as Luxembourg employment law governs the contract. The remote work page details the tax and social security thresholds that apply to residents of Belgium and France.

In Luxembourg, yes: the employer records the start, end and length of each working day (Article L.211-29 of the Labour Code). In France, daily recording is mandatory for employees who do not follow a collective schedule (Article D.3171-8). In Belgium, it is required only in specific cases, pending a preliminary draft law aimed at 2027.

FXP and MySafeBox handle these obligations day to day: time recording, absences, the 77-day counter, expense claims, fleet, pay transparency and an HR vault. Ask for a demo on your own case with the form on this page.
