FXP is a multi-client, white-label HRIS (Human Resources Information System) designed for Luxembourg fiduciaries. A single instance manages the fiduciary's entire client portfolio — each client has their own isolated space, on their own domain, with their own visual identity, completely invisible to others.

FXP is for fiduciaries that process payroll for many clients: it is multi-client, white-label and connected to multiple payroll engines. MySafeBox is for companies managing payroll in-house: a single scope, a deeper HR vault, internal payroll modules (leave, absences, onboarding, training).

Both platforms share the same technical foundation and the same compliance guarantees.

FXP integrates with the main payroll engines used in Luxembourg. Connectors are maintained in-house by Luxapps — no dependency on a third party for Luxembourg regulatory updates. Specify your engine during the discovery call; we confirm compatibility and the data exchange scope.

Isolation is logical at the data level and visual at the interface level. Each client has their own domain, identity, users and roles. Data is isolated by tenant; no user of a given client can access another client's data. The fiduciary, for its part, has a cross-cutting management console.

Hosted within the European Union, on physical servers operated by Luxapps. Data does not leave the EU. Encryption at rest and in transit, systematic access logging, encrypted backups.
