The context

Since 2011, Luxapps has been building compliant HRIS for the Luxembourg market. Over fifteen years, we have seen the same request from other sectors: "we have a precise business need that no market tool covers — can you build this for us?". The classic answer — a scoping cycle, months of development, a six-figure capex — is no longer viable.

AI Studio is our answer: an AI-assisted product studio with systematic human oversight, delivered on a compliance-by-design foundation. A different way to build business platforms.

Our method, in four stages

  1. Scoping (5 — 10 days). Short workshops with your target users. Data model, critical flows, KPIs. No lengthy spec phases disconnected from the business.
  2. Functional POC (2 — 4 weeks). Interactive prototype covering the 3 most structural flows. Business validates hands-on, not on slides.
  3. Production. Our AI accelerators generate the skeleton; our developers review every line. Short iterations, incremental go-live.
  4. Run and evolution. Dedicated team, monthly updates, contractual SLA. The platform grows with your business — not the other way around.

The pricing model breaks from classic custom projects:

  • No upfront development fees — only a short scoping and POC package.
  • The platform remains our property. You pay for usage: user volume and functional scope.
  • Updates, fixes, hosting and compliance are included in the subscription.
  • Your data stays yours. Contractual reversibility: full export on request, at any time.
